• Federal Tax Credits for 20% of ALL
  Construction-Related Costs
  
• Michigan Tax Credits for 25% of ALL
  Construction-Related Costs
  (5% with Federal Credits)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Federal Credits:

• Be located in National Register Historic
  District for Federal Credits.
  
• Spend at least the Adjusted Basis of the
  Building in Construction Costs.

Michigan Credits:

• Be located in local historic district.
  
• Spend at least 20% of the SEV in construction costs.

Both:

• Follow Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation.
